This Liqueur Wine was made exclusively from the “Roupeiro” variety, the most important white variety in Alentejo. After selecting the best grapes in the vineyard, in perfect maturity, they were carefully crushed in the cellar, separating the must. Then, the must obtained was pouted with wine spirit, specially selected for this purpose, resulting in an excellent quality product. To improve qualitatively
its organoleptic characteristics, this Liqueur Wine, VLQPRD Alentejo, ages for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels.
