Alento With Wine

White breath
Climate: Continental Mediterranean. Hot and dry days, with large daily thermal amplitudes.
Soils: Limestones.
Varieties: 50% Arinto, 40% Antão Vaz and 10% Roupeiro.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Pellicular maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 12ºC for 8 weeks. “Battonage” for 4 weeks.

Test results
Color: It is a citrus colored wine.
Aroma: In the aroma, it is also citrus, with some mineral notes.
Palate: In the mouth it is balanced, with good acidity and well integrated, which gives it more freshness and length. Must be drunk while young.
