Comenda Grande

This wine produced in the Adega do Monte da Comenda Grande is predominantly made up of the Trincadeira, Aragonês and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. Obtained by vinification at controlled temperature, with prolonged maceration and later aged in new oak barrels.

Intense garnet colored wine, with a fine aroma of ripe fruit and vanilla notes, without the wood overpowering the fruitiness. It has a slightly acidic flavor and evident tannins, a long and persistent finish.

It should be served at a temperature of 18 ºC and wait in an appropriate glass for the exaltation of its characteristics. This wine has not been stabilized and, over time, it may present some deposit.
